How does the recruitment process work?
You're free to learn more about DAB through our information sessions and recruitment events! We are annually at the SAC Club Fair, as well as host sessions outside of the Quad and Hill.
Our applications open at the beginning of September, and once the application deadline passes, we carefully read your applications and begin the interview process! We conduct two rounds of interviews before finalizing decisions.
We are always excited to welcome our newbies and the future of DAB! Please continue to check back on our website or Instagram for updates on dates and times for our events!
Who are we? Can anyone join?
We are a group of College students who are passionate about making positive change at Penn and specifically within the College of Arts and Sciences. Through full-group meetings and committee work, we advise and spearhead various initiatives ranging from club culture, academic reform, and more.
We work closely with Dean Struck of the College and are motivated to partner with other Penn staff and administrators.
Anyone in the College of Arts and Sciences (dual degree included) is welcome and encouraged to apply to DAB. We are excited to hear your ideas and work together!
